Dimora di Charme Rooms & Apartments

The room, furniture and nik naks made the room very pleasing on the eye. However, we had to leave our credit card in case of damage so we were unable to relax in fear of breaking or staining something.

The property is quite a way from the main resort/lake. A late check-in of 5pm turned out to be 6:30pm as the Owner had gone for a walk with her dog. The Booking.com listing was incorrect as we had no access to a jacuzzi. There was no window or balcony in the room nor was There was a spa shower available with a few gadgets but this was not what we expected. The Owner left a huge Rule list which explained money would be take if anything was damaged or the linen/sheets were stained so we did not relax at all. We were told once the cleaners had been and confirmed nothing was broken our card details would be destroyed. We therefore took a whole video of the room on checkout just to cover ourselves. Not a very relaxing stay at all! The Check out time was also very early being stipulated as between9am-10am.

Appartamento pulito e in ordine

Nn mi è piaciuta l accoglienza , troppissime restrizioni ( nn fare quello , nn fare quest altro) la proprieta’ si vedeva che nn voleva farci il telecomando dell aria condizionata , farfugliando bugie del tipo : quello è solo deumidificatore o il telecomando nn so dov è , nn so se ha le pile cariche , ecc ecc , penso che x 250€ a notte l aria condizionata sia d obbligo , poi se io voglio dormire con i pinguini nn vedo il problema , se voglio 40 gradi nella jacuzzi nn vedo xvhe nn li posso mettere ! Altra bugia : se toccate i termostati si vedono fa remoto 😂😂😂, peccato che quei modelli nn erano collegati a internet . Altra cosa che nn mi è piaciuta , i 300€ di “ cauzione” x danni recati all appartamento , noi giriamo spessissimo x lavoro e nn ci è mai successo . X il resto appartamento pulito in ordine !
