Estaba todo preparado al detalle, además de dejarnos una sombrilla y dos toallas para la playa junto con algún que otro obsequio de la zona

Quizás por mejorar algo la cantidad de luz que entraba a las mañanas

Sin duda las vistas son lo mejor... son espectaculares!! Está en una zona muy tranquila, estuvimos muy a gusto ya que al apartamento no le falta detalle..y el trato con Naza inmejorable...de 10 desde un principio! Sin duda si volvemos a Tenerife será a este sitio!

Que se nos pasó la semana volando! Nada malo que decir del alojamiento.

Appartamento letteralmente sul mare! Un sogno andare a letto e svegliarsi al mattino con il "rumore" delle onde. Tavolo, angolo relax, letto vista mare! Cucina fornita di tutto e di più.

Parcheggio in orario di punta impossibile da trovare!

The place was clean and the room very big.

The location is horrible: very far from everything, there is no bar, there are no services. You find yourself in the middle of nowhere. The building in particular is completely abandoned and stinks. There is no water or coffee in the room and you cannot buy in the vicinance. I had high expectations and felt completely disappointed.

Overall, the accommodation was not bad at all, and it delivered what we expected. The view is stunning, and the surrounding area is beautiful as well. Getting there was surprisingly smooth: although the road is winding and steep, it’s very well maintained. I’d note that this is a retreat-style apartment, so it’s really worth arriving by car and bringing your groceries with you. There is a small shop for emergencies and a restaurant nearby, but not much else besides the beaches – and unfortunately, in the early season, that wasn't the best choice. The kitchen was well equipped, even though we didn’t end up using it much, but essentially everything you might need is there.

What gave us a bit of a scare was that the host only contacted us for the first time less than two hours before check-in. We had hoped to arrive a bit earlier since our flight landed at 10:30 AM, but the official check-in time was listed as 3:30 PM. We were already in the area with our rental car, unsure about the exact address and had no clear info on where or how to get the keys. We were seriously starting to worry we might need to find another place to stay. It would definitely be better if the host reached out at least 1–2 days before check-in to avoid such uncertainty. Another minor issue was the condition of the furniture. While it's understandable that this is among the more budget-friendly accommodations, some refurbishing would be welcome. The mattress on the bed was completely worn out, and we barely dared to sit on the sofa as it creaked and groaned. The kitchen cabinet in the corner – where the spices and some other things were – gave off a strong musty smell. There was a washing machine and a drying rack, but we only received one washing capsule. There was a coffee machine, but no capsules provided, and unfortunately, the small local store didn’t carry any either. Obviously, it's understandable that tourists often take anything that's not nailed down but these are all very low-cost items. We'd honestly prefer to pay €5 more for the stay and have a small box of coffee capsules, a carton of UHT milk, 4–5 laundry capsules, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper provided. These are obviously small things and didn’t ruin our stay, but because of the issues mentioned above, our rating is 8 out of 10.

Great location with amazing view. Spacious apartment.

Various kitchen equipment, but very little of everything available. A very dirty and unpleasant smell inside the apartment every now and then, which seems to come through the window in the bathrooms. Same smell in the elevator. It seems related to the lack of maintenance of the building. Lack of oven is a drawback in such an apartment

The views are spectacular from each and every window. We didn't even feel like leaving the apartment. It was just stunning. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

It's almost impossible to find a parking spot on the shared parking area during the weekend on sunny days! I spoke with the locals, they alone said it's a known problem and they rather stay home or take a bus.
