Fabulous room with everything you could ever need.

In places, getting a little 'tired'. Key collection somewhat tedious. Linen could be better cared for.

The apartment was well furnished and comfortable. The location was good with the bus stop and taxi rank in front of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby as well as supermarkets

The communication before arrival was not good. I emailed the owner to find out the address to arrange golf club delivery. Upon arrival in Tenerife we got a taxi to the airport and there was no one to meet us. I called the owner who answered and said the person with the keys was on the way. We waited outside the apartment at around 10pm on a Sunday night for nearly an hour. I tried to call the owner twice more to find out where the keys were and they did not answer. Very poor. The lady with the keys could not speak any English. There was also a bad smell as other reviewers have mentioned from the toilet. The name of the apartments is unclear and many taxi drivers/taxi companies did not know where the front entrance was

Location was perfect.

Location and view was great, and roof terrace made it perfect for all day sunbathing. Nice to have lots of hangers in wardrobe too! Swimming pool was huge compared to other developments in area.

Pungent drains smell mostly coming from bidet. Main bedroom would benefit from a side lamp (main light is very bright). 2 of Main bedroom wardrobe doors were broken. Top bedroom would benefit from a mirror and clothes hanging space. Would have been helpful to have a tea towel to dry up odd glasses/cups when didn’t need to use dishwasher. Also a small welcome pack with a bottle of water and milk would have prevented need to go straight to supermarket. There was only 3 of us so not a huge problem, but apartment sleeps 6, but only 2 sunbeds on terrace (is seating for a further 4 though). In addition to table and 6 chairs on balcony.
