"Eine Woche Ostsee zum Verlieben"

Die Wohnung ist war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bett war sehr bequem und auch in der Küche gab es alles, was man braucht. Der Blick aus den großen, über Eck angeordneten Fenstern auf den Strand und die Promenade waren beispiellos.

Von außen sieht das Haus noch etwas renovierungsbedürftig aus. Aber das ist auch schon alles.

"Strandnah und solide"

Die Lage in erster Reihe zum Strand. Ausstattung mit großer separater Küche. Schöne, saubere Innenausstattung. Nach Anfrage war es sogar möglich, vor der angegebenen Zeit einzuchecken und in die Unterkunft zu gehen.

Das Schlafzimmer war zur Straße gelegen, bei offenem Fenster war es auch nachts lauter, ansonsten jedoch gute schallsichere Fenster. Der Balkon ist sehr offen (Geländer aus Streben), sodass man sich sehr öffentlich fühlt und der Balkon hat keinen Sonnenschutz wie Sonnenschirm/ Markise etc. Von außen sieht das Haus sanierungsbedürftig aus.

Der Ausblick ist einfach mega..... man kann sogar vom Bett aus auf das Meer schauen🥰 und wenn man aus der Haustür geht steht man fast am Strand.
