Wonderful, peaceful sun flat near the centre. The hosts couldn't have been more thoughtful, helpful or obliging which we truly appreciated. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Nothing to be honest.

Excellent location. Easy access to Train and Bus, a good cafe/bakery, and pizzeria Nice decor and well appointed kitchen. Host was attentive and kind. very architectural place.

No Wifi TV did not work.

Great location between train station and the centre of Desenzano. The property had everything you could need for a self-catered stay. Although we didn't use them, there were also bicycles to use if we wanted. Barbara was a very friendly, attentive host who was only a message away should we have any questions or concerns. Having access to the swimming pool is a huge bonus too, and it was very rarely busy.

Overall no complaints!

Barbara is a fantastic host. The apartment was clean very well equipped. She went above and beyond even including mats to lay on at the poolside. The pool was wonderful and felt we had it to ourselves! The balcony was on the sun all day and only a 15 minute walk to the lake side! We went to sirmione for the day which was so easy on the bus

It was perfect

I've been with Booking.com for quite a while, but have never written a proper review until now (except two very short ones). However, this place is worth a few good words. So here we go :-) THE ROOM The room absolutely met all our expectations. It had everything a couple needed for a week, including a stove-top coffee maker, a few pots, two frying pans, cutlery, a colander, a corkscrew, a bottle opener, a proper knife, a fridge with a small freezer, and many more (bathroom towels, toilet paper rolls, soap, washing liquid, vacuum cleaner, camping mats to use by the swimming pool, even small kitchen scales) - just enough for the stay. In the cupboard there was some ground coffee, salt, pepper, and olive oil, and Barbara (the host) said we could use all of these to our liking. We thought it was a little unusual not to have a kettle or a microwave oven in the room, but in the end we didn't really need them. There was a gas cooker, but not an oven. The room also had an air-conditioning unit, which proved to be extremely useful in Italy's scorching hot temperatures in the second half of July. There was no extra charge for using air-conditioning. But the best thing about the room was a fairly large, awning-shaded balcony with a view of the swimming pool. The balcony had a plastic table with two plastic chairs and two plastic armchairs (all four with a foam rubber covering). It was really great to have breakfast and/or dinner sitting in the shade. The swimming pool was not massive (ca. 12x6 metres, 95 cm deep), but enough for a quick swim or having fun in water after a hot day. The water was not heated, but with hot weathers in the summer months it was warm enough. The room didn't offer a wi-fi connection, but there were two bikes that we could use whenever we wanted.
