APARTAMENTO en MAIRENA DEL ALJARAFE CIUDAD EXPO

L' appartamento è piccolino ma dotato di tutto il necessario. Appartamento molto pulito e profumato, ci siamo sentiti a casa, la signora Pepa è una persona molto disponibile pronta a venire incontro ad ogni tua esigenza. Parcheggio in strada proprio davanti casa. Nelle vicinanze supermercati e metro, in 10/15 minuti si è in centro. Letti e cuscini molto comodi. L' ultima notte purtroppo non è stato possibile riposare bene a causa degli schiamazzi di alcuni inquilini del condominio che a tarda notte e per un' oretta hanno fatto chiacchiere, con toni non proprio consoni all' orario,proprio davanti la nostra finestra della camera da letto che da su un cortile interno, chiacchieravano animatamente, parlavano al telefono in vivavoce, canticchiavano e piu volte hanno sbattuto il portone di ingresso. Forse di ritorno da una serata in discoteca visto che è stato un venerdi. Hanno disturbato molto il nostro sonno e svegliato anche i bambini ed è stato un peccato perché altrimenti sarebbe stato tutto perfetto!!!

The house is superb, Ciudad Expo is almost like a gated community, you will feel very safe and free to walk around. The house owners were very nice, very attentive, and very quick to answer. We had an issue regarding the blinds in the bedroom not closing all the way, and they resolved the issue in no time, super fast. Great communication, no language barriers whatsoever. Good location, even though Ciudad Expo it's not in the center of Seville, the subway station is very close and very cheap, you can travel with a credit card no need to buy a subway card. There is a subway every 10 minutes or so. Parking is also great and free, together with the subway you won't need to take your car to the center of Seville and get in traffic jams. There is an Aldi, Lidl and Mercadona nearby and several fast food chains like Popeyes.

There were some traces of dust I could feel my allergies acting up, but nothing too bad. The pool is a nice plus, however it's 15 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by car. The pool is inside a club you'll have to ask permission to get in, the house owners left instructions on how to get in, however it's still a lot of trouble, it feels like they're doing you a favor. Most of the people in the club don't speak English, so asking for help is very difficult, to say the least. The pool was the biggest factor to choose this house, and we didn't mind paying a little extra to get a pool, but given all these hurdles to get to the pool we gave it a score of 8 instead of 10.

EXCELENTE EL APARTAMENTO Y MUY BUENA LA URBANIZACION, MUY BIEN UBICADO, CERCA DEL METRO Y CENTRO COMERCIAL. MERCADONA A 500 METROS

Great place to be. Looking forward to go there again!
