"Buena ubicación, precio excesivo"

Muy buena ubicación, en pleno centro de Jerez. El trato del anfitrión, muy pendiente de nosotros. No está mal si no fuera porque ha sido muy caro para lo que es.

Por el precio que hemos pagado: es una segunda planta sin ascensor. La calefacción es por bomba de aire y un radiador de aceite. El aparcamiento no es en el edificio, es un parking público, no hay seguridad de disponibilidad pero es muy barato. Si vas en Navidad y no quieres mucho ruido para dormir, este no es el sitio. El olor continuo de la madera del sitio.

Als solo reiziger overtrof dit appartement al mijn verwachtingen. Het is erg ruim en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor mij voelde dit als een home away from home. Het is erg authentiek in de historische binnenstad aan een druk bezocht pleintje en naast een kerk. Prachtig.

"Not suitable for older people..Nice People and a very nice Town"

The Town Location

The kitchen ceiling was leaking when it rained and the air conditioning only blows cold air. The tV only in Spanish. The stairs are very steep to top floor and need extra handrails.
