Please note, guests are required to provide their IDs / Passports data at least 1 week before their arrival date in order to be registered and receive the security code to get their keys. The second room for a reservation of 2 people has an extra cost of €20 (per stay, regardless of the number of nights) for the preparation of the room and the cost of cleaning the sheets, of very high quality and special treatment. Please note that the apartment with hot tub is the one named 'two bedroom apartment with spa bath'. Please note that out of respect for the residents' rest, the whirlpool motors in the Las Naranjas Suite apartment are closed between midnight and 9 a.m. We would like to remind you that in our three apartments with jacuzzis (very large bathtubs for two people), hot water is supplied by a water heater, as is typical in Andalusian homes (in our case, it's a 150-liter water heater heated to 80 degrees Celsius). This allows for a very pleasant bath a couple of times a day, once the water has reached 80 degrees Celsius. If you would like more frequent baths, for example, every hour, we recommend staying in a hotel with a central and continuous hot water system, as is standard in hotels. The property will charge as an extra fee for bail 180€ for reservations in the 24 hours prior the check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"A perfect host and location in Jerez."

We loved the central location and the helpfulness of the host. His wife baked a cake, which was beyond our expectations. He was helpful in booking a taxi for our journey to the station. The air conditioning was on when we arrived which was appreciated.

O We chose to do washing and if one wasn’t fit the climb to the roof terrace washing line could present a challenge.

Even better than advertised - cosy and clean, very comfortable, high standard, well equipped with everything you need, very comfortable beds, two bathrooms, good wifi, good location in downtown, very friendly and helpful hosts, who gave us a lot of hints where to go, where to eat, what to see, who even welcomed us with a home-made bizcocho cake - next morning very tasty breakfast :) We do highly recommend.

Parking not in the street, but you're right close to downtown and the nearest park-house only around 200m away, no problem, host shared link and directions to the park-house

"authentic Spanish experience in quiet street in the city center"

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The location was fantastic: in the middle of old town, in a quiet street. Kitchen was perfectly set up, beds very comfortable, the whole apartment was really spacious. Will definitely stay here again.

"Beautiful Jerez place"

Juan as a Host extremly helpful. Location Perfect. Silent room. Jacuzzi as a special Plus. Late check out.

Juan please - doors ,put a little effort to fix it ( i think bathroom door which cant be closed, and front entrace building door where the lock is little bit tricky to open). Just as a suggestion.

"A week in southern Andalusia"

There was excellent communication with Amelia and Juan both before and during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and near to the centre of Jerez. We would be happy to recommend this property for a visit to this wonderful area.
