Free parking, proper balcony with pool / playground view. Good if you are just driving by and don't want to go to city center. Spacious with sofa group and dining table.

Too far from city center, also not really a touristic area (almost no caffes, some walking to a grocery store). Haven't found a wine bottle opener.
