Brilliant location, and a really great accommodation for a large group. Big spacious lounge and dining area, with one very good balcony to sit on.

There was only one key between us all (and it is needed to access the main gate) so it made it difficult logistically at times. Would have preferred more double beds (all but one room was twin beds).

The place was great, very spacious. We were six, but it could easily fit 10 adults. Comfortable beds. Three bathrooms, two of which looked like newly renovated.The place was very clean. Great location at the very center, short walk to all interesting objects, amazing view from the tarace. Parking Arenal under the square - the entrance just a few steps from the apartment door. Good price deal with the APK2 app - we paid just 6.95 euro for around 20h. You don't need to reserve a place in the app, you can pick a ticket entering and then just scan your ticket and pay in the app before leaving.

Everything was great, the only thing we missed was a large frying pan & kitchen cloths, but I believe not everyone needs that 😉 Apart from that really well equipped kitchen.

Location was perfect and apartment was large.... beds comfortable.... owners were excellent when u had problems but if they left a booklet with full instructions this would help especially as our Spanish was minimal ...Great views from main balcony

3 bathrooms but only 1 had hot water for shower as it xame from mains.....the other 2 showers were connected to .a power cable which had to be plugged into adapter socket in kitchen as boiler outside on balcony meaning door open when in use plus we felt was dangerous to clients...eg...if future clients had small children could pull at wire... risk of tripping over wire ....no lamps in bedrooms....no mirrors in bedrooms...no kettle used coffee machine for hot water ..this apartment could be outstanding just needs little work...

Location was excellent, very spacious apartment , fabulous value

The perfect location in Jerez. Really quiet. Car park under square excellent value with the APP. Host really helped with us getting keys late at night after flight delays

The Apartment is starting to show age

We visited in February and we were frozen. The bedrooms had heaters but the the bathrooms and kitchen did not. We were frozen. There was only a single small heater to share between the dining room and the living room. They need more electric heaters, although I'm not sure it would be safe to put them in the bathrooms so that could still be a problem.
