Host's partner met us at the property and handed over keys and instructions. Excellent location.

No servicing, as it was an accommodation only apartment.

Location was great overlooking main square. Easy access to restaurants and supermarket. Apartment block well built so no noise issues in the evening even though were bars in the square. Flat very clean, well equipped, good facilities. Host responsive and helpful.

We spent almost three weeks in this apartment. Perfect location for watching the world of Jerez wake up and fall back to sleep again. The bakery downstairs is almost always open for tasty fresh bread and pastries, at an unbelievably reasonable price. There are numerous cafes on the plaza. And everything in central, historic Jerez is a short walk away. The car park (not included, but very handy) is right outside the apartment, underground. The apartment has a great working elevator to the top floor, which is not always the case in our travels. The kitchen is well stocked and super clean. The layout works well because there are numerous doors from the front room to the bedroooms down the hallway that can be closed for noise. There are large windows that open out to the Plaza del Arenal in each of the front facing rooms. Great communication with the manager of the property.

There was a maintenance issue while we were staying there, however it was addressed immediately and did not hinder our three week stay.

Best location in Jerez! The apartment is located on the main square with windows overlooking the square with fountain, trees, terraces, people enjoying the sun and city life. We loved it so much! The parking is next door, it´s public, no reservation needed (tip: download the parking app, to get a big discount). The apartment is clean, comfi with good furniture and beds. The communication prior and on the day of arrival was clear and we met the contact person in he apartment to get the keys, all ok and clear.

Location was ideal for exploring Jerez and the car park close by was very convenient

Very little wasn’t good, would have liked a rubbish bin in the bedrooms but that is such a minor thing. We would willingly book again.
