Beautifully clean and as new apartment with 2 bathrooms and comfortable beds

House rules were very strict and quite threatening. Stating fines for everything even leaving anything in the freezer and not cleaning up to their expectations. But not providing the bare minimum items like cleaning cloths or washing up liquid or capsules for the coffee machine. Also need a car to get to amenities

The apartment itself was beautifully clean and had most things we needed for our stay, beds very comfortable and we slept well every night. Only about a 7 minute walk to the nearest beach which is absolutely stunning and we were able to snorkel which we love. The nearest strip of restaurants were about 10/15 mins walk. If you love walking this place is great but if not you’ll want a car. Nearest busy strip we found was Cabo Roig and it’s around 15 mins in a Taxi at around €15 each way. Make sure you pre-book Taxis as much as possible because we struggled to get a taxi when we wanted one on occasions. A bonus to some was that it’s very quiet here, we prefer a bit more buzz but again that’s just preference. We did come in June so that could be a reason why it was a little more on the quiet side. Both Key holders that we met were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and can’t rate them highly enough, we paid for transfers to and from the airport with the key holders which was very convenient, cost around €80 each way. Very useful to have a washing machine and dishwasher both of which we used.

This will probably suit a lot of people but for us it was just too quiet around the pool, not many people, no atmosphere, we missed being able to get an ice cream and sit around listening to music but that’s just our preference. The nearest shop 15 mins walk (make sure you pre-book a taxi if you plan to stock up and especially on water which of course is heavy to carry).
