The location was perfect

It was cosy it had everything we needed for our 2 night stay we used all the facilities in there everything was in good working order and clean

The location was perfect it was clean. The host responded to messages quickly.

We couldn't get the oven to work but believe it was our fault.

Clean and tidy, superb location, considering it's location we were expecting a lot of noise but we barely heard anything, great time and lovely accommodation and great communication.

very dirty oven old filthy did not work , Wi-Fi wouldn’t work host was rude and very unhelpful then all of a sudden Wi-Fi said blocked !!!! Weird , when we asked about the oven and Wi-Fi we were told it was fine when they left! And if they find that the oven is broke they will bill us for it !!!!!!! The host was a weird and nasty person to the point I did not feel safe staying there , We got home after our stay to be told the sheets had pink and green stains on and we had lost our 200 unauthorised deposit , all in all what should of Bern a treat for me and my partner turned in to a costly night mate DO NOT STSY HERE

Cleanliness of the apartment for what we paid was shocking!! Nearly £340 for 2 nights with cobwebs on the ceiling, hairs in the bed and shower tray and stains on the sheets.

I loved the apartment , it was cute and comfy and had everything we needed to cook our own food which saved us money, the host is lovely and helpful ! Me and my girl will be coming back to stay again !

The apartment was well located.

Host advertised this as 452 sq/ft. It was tiny, infact I measured at 4.1mX4.6m, meaning it was actually just over 200 sq/ft. So needless to say, I'm asking for a 50% refund. To put that into context, everything you see, including the bathroom, is no bigger than a very small double hotel room! The pictures do not show this at all, so you can easily be fooled. Be that as it may, the host has dishonesty missled people here by wrongly stating its measurements. They are wildly inaccurate. So clearly not worth the silly price charged! It's annoying because I needed the space I expected for my work as well as pressups. Other than that, generally, well, the windows were so filthy you couldn't see out of them, the blinds were full of dust and the entrance also filthy and the fridge noisy and three of the ceiling bulbs were blown (so general neglect over a long period of time).
