Premium Fairways Luxury Apartment with Stunning Mountain Views

The Fairways reception was very unhelpful refusing to give us a map showing the location of the apartment saying it wasn't their job to give out maps to Booking.com hirers. We had to ask people around the pool to help us find our apartment

Very clean, lovely shower. Nice view of mountains and golf course.

No air conditioning, wasn’t a massive issue as we went in early April so wasn’t super hot.

The apartment was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The Sitting room had ample seating with a widescreen TV that had several British channels plus Bein Sports. The beds were cosy with a choice of bed linen for warmer or cooler evenings. The patio, although not in direct sunlight, had sensational views up to Mt Teide and across the golf course. Fairways Club is an excellent apartment resort. There are ample sunbeds, the pool is heated and the pool bar and the restaurant were friendly, inexpensive and very enjoyable. The communication with our host Steve was first class. We would definitely return.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and it was wonderful. There was everything we needed. The apartment was clean and bright and and very comfortable. Great coffee machine, big fridge freezer and a washing machine. Lovely terrace with table and chairs and 2 loungers. Golf Del Sur has a lovely peaceful vibe to it, very relaxing. The place is a 10 minute easy stroll to the harbour and bars or the other direction has a beautiful coastal walk. The complex pool is lovely and there's a small shop opposite for essentials. There's also a filtered water dispenser on site that gives 5 litres for 60 euro! We loved our stay and would love to return next year.

Steve was great, he took great care to explain how to enter the property and once I got hold of the pass, then all was straight forward. He was available by phone any time I needed. The place was spotless clean and a nice cool bottle of water in the fridge - very considerate. Along with all sorts of bits like salt, and oil etc. Comfy bed and nice beach towels, can sit outside and use the table and chairs there to look at the mountains. There is a small supermarket over the road for basics, you can refill your 5L water bottle for 60C in the complex and a few nice restaurants just up the road - 19th hole and St Andrews - that have live music some evenings.

Well, at first I thought there was not enough sunshine in the garden, but actually, it turned out to be great that I could come in to the apartment and hide from the heat. It was nice and cool inside and had ceiling fans as well. The Wifi worked well in the lounge area but not in the bedroom (apparently more modern phones work better) None of the nearby beaches seem to be open - but the bus service is easy enough to go find some great beaches not too far away.
