"Een fijne locatie maar oude meuk."

De locatie is echt top.. De host is vriendelijk en flexibel (alleen app contact). Wij kregen pech met de auto en zij dacht goed met ons mee.

Het huisje is echt oude meuk. Bed is echt keihard en de overige spullen hebben verder ook al heel wat meegemaakt. De tuin is prettig, maar jammer dat het niet wordt onderhouden.

"Nice ground level apartment in San Quirico d'Orcia"

Spacious two bedroom ground level apartment within easy walking distance of the historical center of San Quirico d'Orcia. Nice, modern bathroom with good size shower. Well equipped kitchen.Nice little garden area and patio at the back.

We had trouble arranging drop off and pickup of our bags because there was no one at the apartment. This would only be an issue for people walking the Via Francigena and using a luggage transfer service. Also, during the day the neighborhood dogs seem to like to bark constantly. This was not an issue at night.

Appartement confortable et sympa, avec petit jardin, calme, tout près de la vieille ville et des commerces. On a trouvé la clé facilement, mais nous regrettons parfois de ne pas avoir de contact direct avec le propriétaire. Cela arrive de plus en plus souvent dans tous les logements.

"Molto bene, ma da migliorare."

Appartamento molto grande e ben pulito. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Grande potenzialità estiva per il giardino e il portico fornito di arredi da esterni. Inoltre è facilmente accessibile anche ai disabili.

Siamo entrati nell'appartamento alle 14.00 come previsto e in casa il termostato ambiente segnava 12° C. Abbiamo immediatamente acceso i termosifoni, ma la temperatura ha raggiunto i 18° C solo alle 21.00. Praticamente per tutto il pomeriggio/sera siamo stati in casa con il cappotto. Sarebbe il caso che i termosifoni vengano accesi qualche ora prima del previsto check in. Inoltre non è facile trovare posto per parcheggiare vicino casa. Di fronte casa c'è un bar e i pochi posti disponibili sono sempre occupati. Anche il posto davanti al cancello carrabile di casa, indicato dal proprietario come parcheggio, è stato sempre occupato. Consiglierei al proprietario di fornire le chiavi del cancello per parcheggiare nel giardino.

"Jolie maison très bien situé pour visiter la vallée d'Orcia"

Joli appartement très bien équipé. Très bien situé à quelques minutes de marche du centre historique et de plusieurs restaurants. Idéal pour visiter la vallée d'Orcia. Je recommande cette maison.
