Casa della Fonte

The flat was spotless and has the perfect size for two people with a well kitchen/dining area equipped with a gas stove ( really handy to cook our own meals) , spacious bedroom and bathroom. On a clear day you have lovely views .The town where it is located is very charming and has a well stocked supermarket and plenty of small local shops.The location is great to easily reach other Tuscan towns by car. We didn't meet the host but was very helpful and responsive and provided a simple breakfast with industrial croissants, jams, nutella and coffee capsules.

We stayed in January when the weather was wet and cold and the flat is in a historic building with high ceilings hence it took a while to warm it up but after a couple of days the temperature was pleasant. The parking spot is not for exclusive use of the guests and was often taken but there is public parking just a few meters up the road.

La pulizia impeccabile e tutti i prodotti per la colazione che ci hanno offerto (capsule di caffè, cappuccino, brioches, Nutella e fette biscottate).

Per 5 persone l'appartamento è un po' piccolo, inoltre la cucina-salotto non ha una porta e per coloro che dormono nel divano-letto in questa stanza non c'è privacy.

Position and comfortable bed

Heating system not properly working It struggled to keep even 20 degree and we had to also switch on electric air heater. Shower done with almost cold water. Too expensive for the service and quality provided. Besides, If not mistaken the law says that remote checkin without live check of the documents is not possible as well as using smarboxes for the keys. Everything was done via mail.

Struttura facile da raggiungere, ben pulita ed ordinata. Di facile accesso e con parcheggio proprio sotto casa. Consigliato assolutamente.

Nulla di particolare, andava tutto bene.

Piccola ma iper funzionale.

L'emplacement à quelques pas du centre du village, secteur calme et appartement confortable et bien équipé.
