The apartment was very modern and stylish in a rustic kind of way. It was very clean and comfortable. I could definitely envision staying here for an extended period.

Unfortunately, the restaurant downstairs was closed for renovations.

The apartment was beautiful with a great seating area for homemade dinners. About 5-10 minute walk to the main Piazza which was lively and beautiful for an evening aperativo. Apartment had all the essentials.

Great location and near to Montalcino. Has supermarket, bakery, nice restaurants. Staff was great. They informed us for a broken cable for the internet and they kept us updated until they fixed it. Spacious room with all the relevant equipments. Big fridge and quiet area.

Ourside garden needs improvement as we thought it was someones house garden as they had boxes of tomatoes on the tables. Also we had mosquitos and we had to buy a antimosquito machine to keep them away.

The property was located in an excellent location in walking distance to the small town of San Quieico d’Orcia which is also lovely. The apartment contains everything you need for a comfortable stay and accommodated our family is 5. The hosts went above and beyond in sorting out a minor issue with the air conditioning. They were very prompt and professional at rectifying the matter. Great customer service.

Great little hostel close to town centre. Met the landlady in the local shop and she gave us a free upgrade to the newly renovated rooms.

Not sure there is anything to complain about. Perhaps a washing line to dry clothes that us peregrines have to wash.

It change my perspective about airbn. Didn't like the self check-in system, the late check-in, the early checkout. Theirs a restaurant on the first floor, and they don't allow you to park two motorbikes on the front althoughits a public space. Although they have a garage it was blocked with cars and construction stuff. Actually it's not a garage, it's a warehouse full of all kind off stuff. At around 7:30 start receiving messages from the owner about the checkout time. (10:00). I'm a old school so for the price, that is almost the same as a hotel, I'll prefer the hotel. Very complicated check-in platform. Booking should warn the clients for this, not only after we pay we face this burocracy. Felt sheeted.

Bedroom in App. Verde was quiet, not looking on the street, we slept well. The host left us olive oil, vinegar, some dry bread, marmelade, cofee and tea, which was very nice, so we could make a good breakfast with eggs and make some salad, with no need to buy oul,sugar and salt. The location is near city center, which is lovely.

Beware of mosquitos, there are nets on the windows, but they come through the door if you keep them open. You must go through the restaurant to enter the apt. There were only 2 towels/person for 5 days, we had to ask for extra, which they delivered promptly. There were no cloths or sprays to be able to clean the surfaces in the bathroom. Complicated online registation and access to the keys.
