very nice and stylish appartement interior (traditional rural style), eqipped with a proper gas cooker + oven. Very quiet location, enough parking places

I didn't like the rusty chrome surface in the shower (faucets and also the booth frame) An unpleasant surprise was that after making the reservation on the booking.com website (without the posibility to cancel) we received a message from the host that we would have to pay another 50Eur extra for final cleaning. So the price was not final... I think this should be clearly stated before the customer makes the reservation.

Sa Branda accommodation is finished to a high standard with all the comforts. Dario will help if you need anything during your stay. Located in the countryside, so a car rental is recommended but is centrally located from nearby shops, bars, winery, beaches, walks and other activities. While we visiting ahead of busy season there was still plenty to do.

the apartment is very will located, closed from the beaches of Porto Ferro and Mugoni, grocery shops and from the small city of fertilia where you can find good restaurants. It's also easy to reach alghero from there. it's nicely decorated. the kitchen is great and well equipped. The terrass is very pleasant. The owner is available for any problem and very kind

We have been disappointed by the air conditioning system. Only one room was equipped and it worked perfectly there. However the second room was only equipped with a broken (and extremely noisy) fan. The owner changed it quickly but the new fan was also noisy and appeared really inefficient. As a result, we didn't sleep well at all as we stayed during a very warm summer week. I'm sure the owner already changed it quickly after our feedback. I have no doubt about that. the owner was very kind. It was bad luck. However, I still think that both rooms should be equipped with air conditioning to meet a higher score on booking for the requested price. It is described that air conditioning was proposed without details, but it was actually valid for 1 room only. The proximity of the road is also an issue if you expect to stay quietly in the nature
