bezproblémová domluva a předání klíčů dostatečně vybavená kuchyň pro jednoduché vaření dostatek informací (i o okolí, možnostech stravování, turistiky) přátelské "rodinné" prostředí neočekávaná drobnost na rozloučení

WIFI je pomalá a nekvalitní (výpadky), pro služební práci nedostatečné zabezpečení WIFI je zastaralé (chtělo by tu upgrade) teplotní komfort pokoje - na zavolání majiteli (větší míra autonomie by byla lepší); nevyužil jsem - kromě první noci, která byla chladnější, jsem byl s teplotou v pokoji spokojen (ale i tak asi stačilo zavolat a majitelé by vyhověli) nevhodně umístěná televize, ale s ohledem na anténní příjem bez zajímavějších programů (ale pro to sem člověk nejede); ale i tak jsem ji neměl potřebu využívat
