The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you may need. It is located just on the beach and the view from the terrace and form the big bedroom is amazing, especially on sunrise. In 2-3 minutes you are on the beach! The apartment is furnished with a lot of love, you can see that every detail has been taken care of. It is good to have water pool functioning even in December. The owner Carine was very attentive all the time, answering our questions immediately and responding to all our requests. It was great to have garage place. The welcome champagne was very nice too. We hope to stay again and for longer time. Many thanks Carine!

In general we liked everything, but a vacuum cleaner would be a plus for long stays.

Everything was fabulous and the host too. The location is perfect and a very good beach holiday for family.

Fabulous apartment. It has WiFi, aircon, fans, washing machine, dishwasher and nets on windows. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and excellent location looking onto the beach. 10 mins walk to strip. Supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Definitely recommend.

I loved the sea view, looking straight out from the balcony. it is very handy that there is direct access to the beach and the coastal walkway. You are very close to shops and restaurants and the apartment has free parking. Carin was very helpful and kind to us, and went out of her way to make us comfortable. She has a very good knowledge of the area which she shared with us.

Location Seaview

Beautiful views to the Med from bedroom and lounge. Beach access (but a lot of steps.) Private underground car park excellent. Friendly owner always in touch for any help needed even though she was away in Belgium Owner arranged brilliant transfer service from Alicante Airport the taxi driver extremely reliable. Highly recommended.

Fabulous in summer but loss of sunshine in winter on terrace from 11am making it colder than expected. A lot of steps and uphill walking. So only for fit people really.. Mats needed on tiled floors in lounge bedroom and bathroom in winter. Housekeeper did not provide basic information regarding important things and we had to chase him up for bathmats...he provided only one!. Ensuite toilet flush not working properly so needs attention.
