Appartamento rustico con vista

We loved the calm and tranquility of the place. The flat is very comfortable, well equipped and clean. It is easy to reach by train and the train station is very close. It is also easy to go to the tourist attractions. It has a beautiful view and terrace.

Good location and view from the terrace. We liked the rustic ambience. We had everything provided, toiletries, coffee, tea, milk and croissants

The steep steps were a bit worrying.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. I was travelling with my son (13) and father (77) and it suited us all so well. We wanted to stay somewhere that made it easy to explore Tuscany without being in a city or big town and Montelupo is glorious. We had some great local meals, the beds were all very comfortable, it is very close to the train station & easy to access without a car. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, a short from Rail Station which was 7 mins from Empoli & 30 mins from Florence. Nice & quiet compared to Florence where I normally stay with everything you could need. Great communication from Alberto and easy self check in. Great views from Apartment & comfortable bed. Even a breakfast basket providing you can avoid the Marvellous Patisserie down the hill. Also a big co-op in town.

Kitchen could use a microwave.

The apartment is lovely and spacious, parking is not far from it and location is very peaceful. We were sad that we only had one night to enjoy it

This property made exploring Florence really easy. The only real challenge was making ourselves leave. We could send ages on the balcony or relaxing in the tradition cozy living area. Montelupo is a beautiful setting and it was a short walk to the supermarket for dinner supplies. Highly recommend staying here and using the train to get around.

Very few issues. Everything we had an issue with was really just something we could get used to like being slightly to tall for the doors.

Place is nice. Breakfast was simple but ok.

It's not free parking included, you have to look in the street for it. Besides you need to provide the plate keys of your car to allow entrance to private road where the property belongs but just to load/unload the stuff, not to park, so the info about the parking is included is false. No microwave.

Excellent for commuting around Tuscany, easy to reach Florence, Siena, and San Gimiginano. The train line has trains every 20 - 30 min, and in 30 min, you are in Florence city centre. The town is quiet and good if you travel with kids or family, you have some restaurants just around the corner. Overall, it was a good experience. The owner facilitates for us baby bath and high chair.

The apartment is spacious, clean and bright. The location is perfect, right in the middle of a lovely small town and two blocks from the train. The place was spotlessly clean and very well supplied (though someone must have taken the egg flipper!). And Florence is a pleasant 30 minute train ride away.

Nothing really. Some might find the stairs a problem as the bedroom and main bathroom on are an upper level from the living area. But I loved the seperation.
