"Дуже зручна затишна квартира в хорошому місці з доброзичливими господарями"

Перш за все, хочу висловити вдячність за можливість раннього заселення! Також сподобалося зручне розташування (неподалік вокзалу, поруч є вся необхідна інфраструктура і маршрутка в старе місто), чистота, теплота, затишок. В умовах блекауту важливо, що є газова плита, великий бойлер і що це другий поверх — не треба ліфт.

В мене там зовсім погано працював мобільний інтернет Київстар, а вайфаю через блекаут не було. У під’їзді був запах чи то сміттєпроводу, чи то каналізації, який просочувався в квартиру, довелося використовувати ароматичні палички. Але, сподіваюся, що це не постійно.
