It was clean

The whole experience was terrible. The dogs were barking, yelling, howling, the roosters were screaming, around the clock, something was constantly banging. I couldn't sleep at all. The street looked dodgy. The entrance was scary. No hot water, WiFi didn't work. I wouldn't recommend this place. There's nothing to do in Puerto Princesa in general, I left the next day and didn't stay 2 more nights.

"if you want cheap & cheeful ( lightly used word ) then you’re in the right place but don’t expect much."

the dead cockroach in the kitchen sink, the none existence main door lock & Handel, no hot water facility, no reception & when called to get directions only answered once minutes later called again as could not find property but NO answer.
