Lovely apartment. Clean and very tastefully designed . Well appointed . Can see the efforts Claire and team put in to ensure one has a comfortable stay, down to the details like marshmallows .

"Fabulous flat, lovely fire and handy location."

Lovely and warm. Top quality bedding and towels. Well equipped, even picnic bags and flasks, board games and books. Lovely big bath. Tea and coffee/coffee pods, sugar, milk, and cooking spray. All the essentials for arrival.

I would have preferred a table and chairs in the kitchen than an island. Downstairs shower was small and the door opened the wrong way so access was tight. Struggled a bit with shower/ bath controls but that was probably operator error. The outside lights did not seem to come on at all and it was a bit dark when walking back in the dark. These are just things that would make it even better. I would still comeback as it was lovely.

"Lovely house"

Beautifully decorated. Well stocked. Good appliances. 2 bathrooms. Good instructions. Awesome location. Parking onsite. Really relaxing. Easy access to the lake and the hills. A welcome bottle of Prosecco.

Check in at 5 pm and check out at 9 am. Checking out at 9 is unusual because the tendency is not to get up early while on holidays. The radiators upstairs didn't work. Wi-fi didn't work in the kitchen at all.

Absolutely stunning property. Ultra clean and cosy and the attention to detail is the best I have experienced. Prosecco, chocolate, milk, sweeties, tea, coffee, nespresso pods, marshmallows, dishwasher and washing pods, tea towels, dish cloths, antibacterial spray, fabulous shampoo conditioner and body wash. Literally if you think you might need something Edge Mere has already thought of it. Exceptional. Booked for next year whilst we were still there

It was immaculate in every respect. Greeted with welcome gifts and the communication was professional and efficient. The location can't be any better right in the heart of the Lakes. What a beautiful property!

Nothing really. The wifi signal could be better and maybe a fan for those warm days.
