Location and surrounding environment - unique and exceptional Facilities were excellent, everything for self catering hol you could possibly need Quiet and tranquil Accessibility is via two sets of 4/5 steps. Parking very convenient

A nice deep comfy chair. Sofas were fine but yes a comfy chair would've made my stay the absolute best I have to say though if I could give this boat house 15 out of 10 I certainly would!!

Comfortable, well equipped and well located. We had a little box of chocolates waiting for us along with plenty of helpful information on the accomodation and local area. The balcony was lovely to sit out on and have breakfast or a coffee. Very peaceful. We would definitely return to the Marina boathouse

The heating wasn't on when we arrived and as it was winter, it was absolutely freezing for the first couple of hours but soon warmed up. This was a very minor negative and did not affect our stay and would not put us off returning.

It has to be described as very good.

Had issue with key safe , very low to ground and some difficulty lining numbers up. Release lever very small and case did not open on first attempt, bit worn. I am 79 so!!
