Strategic position opposite airport

This place is a gem! The key locker is giving you stress free check-in. The bed is extra comfortable! Bed pillows were absolutely comfy! The airport is just few steps away. We had an early morning flight and we could jump basically from bed directly to the airport security. We stayed the night before in the Pescara city but this apartment is so nice that I would recommend it for longer stays, especially if you have a car! The veranda outside has a bbq and big table. Also you can park your car inside which is all giving you an extra comfort. As for restaurants for dinner - you can find many in a walking distance of 10 minutes!

Excellent access to and from the airport—it’s less than a five-minute walk. The bus stop to the city center is just 170 meters away. There’s also a supermarket right around the corner, and you’ll find restaurants and bars in the nearby center of Sambuceto. A very well-equipped kitchen, including basic breakfast items such as coffee, crackers, ham, butter, jam, and more. A comfortable bed, a cozy couch, excellent capsule coffee, air conditioning, and blinds and screens on the windows. A relaxing outdoor seating area where the neighbor’s cat might wander by now and then or a plane might rumble overhead—but actually, it’s very pleasantly quiet here. You can probably park right in the backyard, but I didn’t take advantage of it. If you're looking for a romantic spot with a view of the city, this isn't the place for you. But keep in mind that it has its own appeal: the airport is practically right next door, and it's only about a 12-minute bus ride to downtown. For me, it was exactly what I was looking for.

The backyard, which has potential but could be a bit better maintained, gives the impression that its better days are behind it, but it still has its charm, and I enjoyed relaxing there in the evening. Some of the window screens are torn, and mosquitoes are a common sight here, but this can be solved by closing the windows. By the way, you’ll find insect repellent in the bathroom, along with many other practical items.
