Czystość obiektu.

Ogłoszenie wprowadzało w błąd. Na 1 zdjęciu pokazano widok z restauracji, wyraźnie sugerując że jest to widok z apartamentu. Na pytanie o widok, pracownik agencji w bardzo arogancki sposób stwierdził, że to nie jego problem, a za zdjęcia odpowiada booking! Nawigacja z podanego adresu prowadzi do innego domu, po kontakcie dostaliśmy adres do biura, dotarliśmy tam kilka minut (max 10) po godzinie 20 Pan wypominał, że powinniśmy dopłacić 30 euro- pomimo wprowadzenia w błąd! Dodatkowo trzeba przejść kilkadziesiąt schodów, aby dostać się na poddasze… W lokalu nie ma klimatyzacji- przy upałach funkcjonowanie jest koszmarne. Zdecydowanie nie polecamy !

Lage

Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen / TV-Sender völlig unsortiert / Heizung Warmwasser muss man selbstständig anstellen Wir kamen im strömenden Regen an & die Gasbehälter sind draußen / Toiletten-Deckel sollte festgeschraubt werden . 55 Treppen bis zur Wohnung sind jedesmal zu erklimmen

"War ein toller Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Gegend."

Wir, also meine Frau und unser 17 Jähriger Sohn hatten die gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung 'Attico Florian Vesio' in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im 2. Stock in Vesio in der Via Curami. Wir hatten einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der unterm Haus liegenden Tiefgarage. Mit einer sehr netten u gut deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeiterin der Agentur Gardadomusmea hatten wir uns vor der Wohnung verabredet um die Schlüsselübergabe sicherzustellen. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche u WC, Eßzimmer mit Küchenzeile. Gasherd u Gastherme für Warmwasser und Dusche, Kleiner Balkon mit 2 Stühlen war auch vorhanden. Lebensmittelladen und gute Metzgerei sind gegenüber gelegen.

Keine Spülmaschine vorhanden, keine Mückengitter an den Fenstern.

Die Unterkunft war super und absolut ausreichend für 3 Personen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der traumhaft schöne Ausblick. Direkt an der Unterkunft ist ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
