"Perfect for us."

Good location, restaurant and bar next door which served a good variety of food, suitable for family's and pets, which is exactly what we were looking for. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for a two night stay.

"It was short of love"

The location was not bad,easy to get around ,pub next was nice to ,shame no meals were on, nice big rooms, lovely shower room

A we didn't no it was up stairs, we thought we on a ground floor with a back garden for the dogs ,the top of the stairs should have a gate I thought it was unsafe, not all the utensils were clean , seemed damp at first there was no extra sheets etc if needed,also we brought our own towels when we arrived there was a supply of them we wert told , but on hole it was ok

"Great location for visiting nearby 'seaside' resorts"

Location was great for us as we wanted to be near to the 'seaside' but not in resort. We were able to visit both Chapel St Leonards and Mablethorpe. The property was great for our needs.
