- For some reason we got the worst room (even though we stayed the longest and other rooms were free most of the time) - we had the least view (other rooms had lemon trees or partial sea view and mountains) and exhaust fumes from boiler/generator were blowing directly towards our balcony and room. However, I imagine that other rooms don't have this issue and it can also be easily fixed

The lady who handed over the keys was very friendly.

I tried to contact Maria who was supposed to be my contact when i arrived at the property but couldn't get hold of her by phone so used another number to inform them i'd arrived. Maria was in America.

3 min Walking distance to beach and local cafes /restaurants near the beach. Great restaurant up the road by car called Dora, that we went back a second time. Maria’s snack bar also good. Hose was very friendly and helpful. Accomodation was in a quiet area, with a shared washer dryer combo plus a clothes line and airer.

Depends on the season there were a few mosquitoes around.

We loved it here. Booked last minute so didn't really know what to expect but it exceeded our expectation. Very short walk to a long beach, stunning bay with crystal clear water. Very quiet for early September, lots of tavernas within reach and we walked to Porto Timoni from the accommodation, one of the best spots on the island. Apartment was clean, with two small shaded terraces for relaxing, ample parking. I couldn't fault it really.

The twin beds that were pushed together were very uncomfortable as were the flat pillows. Also on our arrival there was no electricity for about two hours. There was no dining table at which to eat.

What a wonderful location and fantastic apartment. We can't recommend this place enough, it is really wonderful and great value for money. The location is just off the beach, set at at the beginning of an olive grove. It is so peaceful, there is hardly any traffic, at night you can hear the sea sitting on the balcony. You actually have 3 balconies two in the back and a kind of small terrace in the front, where you enter the property. We used that space in the morning for breakfast, as it was well protected from the sun. Afternoon and evening we used the two balconies in the back. All windows have mosquito netting, so we had no issues with mosquitos or other insects. The shower is a amazing as it looks, just wonderful after a long day at the beach and we always had plenty of warm/hot water. The kitchen is well equipped and the stove with the little oven works really well, we made hot lunch & dinner quite a few times. The beds in the bedroom are big and comfy, we really liked them. Only the sofabed in the living room was a little bit hard and fairly narrow. Perfect for kids and young teenagers, but maybe a bit too small for (tall) adults or (tall) teenagers. The area and the beach are really beautiful, very relaxed and laid back. You can walk to the beach in 2min, lovely tavernas, cafes and supermarkets are close by. The beach consists of areas where you can rent beds and umbrellas (very reasonable prices, approx. €12-15 for 2 beds and 1 umbrella) and free areas. The beach is so large, there is plenty of space and it never feels crowded. We really enjoyed our stay, Maria & Leo were wonderful hosts, we can't thank them enough for giving us a fantastic holiday to remember.
