Casa Kalypso

An amazing place to stay, with beautiful views and a great beach to swim/snorkel. Lots of sea-life to see as well, and the kayaks and paddle boards made exploring easy. The studio apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed, and Katerina was very helpful, organising taxis and dinner bookings for us. We loved our stay and hope to be back next year!

Everything! This was my 2nd visit and my stay was every bit as good as the last. Katerina and the family are exceptional hosts and the location is magical. Already looking forward to coming back next year :)

The weather didn't totally play ball!

Simply wonderful. A small piece of paradise near Steni Vala. Excellent space, with cozy rooms, built in the same style of elevated spaces used in traditional houses, with majestic views of Peristera island from the spacious balconies. All of which though would say little, unless one added Katerina's warm hospitality and careful touches in making the place a serene Shangri-La.

Beautiful situation, a few metres from the beach. Very nice room and the friendliest of welcomes. Ecologically aware and very clean. A wonderful place for a quiet week in Greece.

It's not a question of not liking something--it was all very good indeed. But just to say that the layout of the room wouldn't suit those with mobility issues.

Katerina was a wonderful host, so helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed how peaceful and tranquil the location was, walking distance to two beaches and very close to Steni Vala for supermkt and places to eat. Beautiful view. would stay there again in a heartbeat.

the location is wonderful, with an exceptional sea view! the room was very clean and well stocked! Caterina, the owner of the house, was very kind and helpful, she made us feel at home! she gave us many tips for visiting the island and was available for our every request! also, we really enjoyed the kayaking that was available to guests! we recommend this property to everyone, we will definitely be back and we sincerely thank the sweet Catherine!

Beautiful tranquil location in walking distance of two pebble beaches which were beautiful and restaurants at Steni Vala. Snorkelling and paddle boards and kayaks available. Lovely studio apartment with everything we needed.

The bus service to Steni Vala is poor and prohibits any exploration of the island as the earliest bus to port arrives after all the other island buses arrive. Unless this changes a car would be advised.
