L’établissement est extrêmement bien placé, à 10 minutes en voiture de tous les endroits sympas, plage, boutique, parc

Il y a vraiment le stricte nécessaire, nous étions trois personnes dans le studio, tout juste assez de vaisselle, les draps et étaient propres, mais vraiment pas très joli, et surtout pas en coton. Nous y sommes allés durant des travaux de rénovation

purtroppo nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato erano presenti dei lavori di ristrutturazione, quindi per via delle impalcature e dei lavori vi erano meno posti auto e la mattina si sentivano i rumori.

The studio is comfortable and has a lovely balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The apartment has everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The bed, mattress and pillows are of good quality, which made sleeping very comfortable. There is also a TV where you can connect Netflix and other services. The kitchen area is small but practical: a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and enough dishes for a short stay. The shower worked perfectly, and the washing machine was also reliable. Overall the apartment was quiet and cozy. The only small inconvenience is the bus station across the road, where buses sometimes park and make beeping sounds. However, this also has a positive side, as it makes arrival from the airport and trips around the island very convenient by public transport. Communication with the management team was excellent — responses were very fast, professional and helpful. All questions were answered clearly and promptly. The location is wonderful: close to the beach, the promenade for walking or running, shops and a Mercadona supermarket nearby. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and I am grateful to the company for a wonderful holiday.

Un peu bruyant

There were some problems with the electricity in the first few days of our stay, but the staff were very prompt and responsive, so this little glitch with the electricity didn't cause any tension at all. The problem was fixed as soon as possible and we were able to continue enjoying our vacation. The apartments require a bit of renovation and general refreshing, but overall everything was good! The view from the balcony on the ocean made it possible to enjoy breakfast prepared right there in the apartment and in the evening to drink sangria and discuss the events of the day. The location is very good. Far enough from the noisy promenade, but close enough to walk there. There was a private parking lot with a drop-down barrier, so there were no problems with parking near the apartments. Once again I want to praise and thank the staff! I really enjoyed communicating with them!

The location was brilliant, the sea view and sunset great. It was clean and well equipped

The sofa bed looked well worn and not that comfortable. The bathroom cabinet also well worn. Though all working well.
