location is close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife

Apartment is located in a former hotel, that does not function anymore. ongoing renovation very unfriendly und unprofessional staff for general services. No service of any type. WiFi not available only for extra charge and nobody had the access code. bathroom door would not close, shower with plastic curtain. important amount of mold - very unpleasant! Save for valuables would not work. Booking platform offers a 15% discount for transport from airport asking for 59 Euros prepayment. The office Taxi fair from the Airport to the location is only 24,00 EUR !!,

Room was fine and bed comfortable and good location just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants

I arrived with no one to greet me, there was no staff to help.Then after searching for someone a maintenance guy appeared and after 10 minutes of English/Spanish dialog we found a key for my room. The room was ok but the balcony hadn't been cleaned, bird droppings along the side wall. When i booked the accommodation there was no mention that the hotel had no bars open no restaurant and no seating areas, basically it had been left to gather dust.

"Great place"

The place is well located and close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and to the bus station for the airport. It had everything we needed for our stay including a hairdryer and an iron. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at visiting Tenerife.

Good location, near beach and plenty of restaurants etc. 2 lovely pools, cleaned daily very diligently!

Could do with an update, kitchen area minimal, no toaster. Needs a mirror somewhere besides the bathroom, balcony very overlooked, but fair for the price.
