The best thing about the apartment is the location. Not much more to like.

This apartment is very much lacking regular maintenance. There was a big crack along the whole of the bathroom ceiling from an old leak which had not been repaired. The bedroom and bathrooms very very dark since at least 6 lights bulbs were missing. We had to complain about it. The owner of the apartment lives in Italy and the people taking care of the apartment are no really doing much work for the place which may explain the lack of maintenance. There is quite some noise that enters the bedroom from the neighbors and neighborhood. The apartment is not terrible, but we would we never recommend this to anybody.

The location was great, just off the strip but close enough to have a great sea view and be close to everything. The apartment had all needed to look after yourself and the lady who met us was very nice and helpful. The pool was so good, supermarket 30 yards away and Siam park a 10 minute walk.

The bin pick up in the middle of the night is a pain. 3 trucks throughout the nite every nite. But don't let that scare you off.

Location was great

Perfect location, apartment is well equipped for your everyday needs, very clean and safe. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Great beaches all around the area. Sara was very helpful.

Having to return home to minus temperatures.

The apartment block was in a great location, spotlessly clean, manicured gardens, an excellent swimming pool area and very secure. The apartment itself was modern, clean, well presented with good facilities, the balcony had a pool and sea view. We loved it.

Bedroom had little natural light. No air con.
