Nice apartment. The kitchen has everything you need. Good bed. I especially liked the contactless entry and exit from the apartment.

The apartment was just as described – clean, well-equipped, with a fully functional kitchen and a large wardrobe for storage. The view was beautiful, and having secure parking within the complex was a big plus. Everything matched the photos, and it’s a great choice for two people.

The only suggestion would be to provide an extra set of clean towels for guests staying longer, as there was no room service during our stay. Overall, it was a lovely apartment.

Very clean and host very friendly

No breakfast. The location was fine as close to several restaurants. The pool was clean and the sunbeds were of a good standard although there could have been a few more. Wi-fi was no issue.

No change of towels and one was threadbare. Very small bedroom with around 20cm gap each side. That said the bed was very comfortable.

Everything was comfortable in the apartment, sofa and bed. Good selection of crockery, cutlery etc in the kitchen. The coffee maker was particularly appreciated. Beautiful view of the sunset from the balcony. Nicely fitted bathroom with both a regular and rain shower Pool nice and clean.Great location at the border between Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje meant both were easily accessible by foot. Siam water park literally within sight from the building and only a short walk away. Good bedding and nice quality towels. Owner responded quickly to any questions during our stay.

No instructions on how to work things in the apartment, like ceiling fans (use special remotes) and WiFi (name and password in small writing underneath the WiFi box) or where to empty bins. The TV never worked at all during our week long stay and could apparently not be fixed by the owner, which was frustrating. When we arrived the bathroom sink was filled with dirty water left by the cleaners. Generally medium level of cleanliness with some dust on fittings throughout, could be improved. None of these points were serious enough that it would stop us returning.
