"Best place to stay in Playa Las Americas"

Staying in Home Nina was a great pleasure. Gorgeus ubication close to the beach, comfortable , well equiped apartment and really really clean!. The host was helpful and full of suggestions about what to see and where to eat. Whenever I go to Tenerife I will stay in Home Nina again.

"The worst experience of my life."

The apartment is nice and in a central position.

The worst experience of my life. Although the house is really nice I am forced to give a negative review. As soon as I entered the house I noticed the presence of some cockroaches in the kitchen. I kill them with the spray that (strangely) was supplied in the kitchen furniture. At night, returning from a day out, I realized that the house is full of cockroaches that come out of the kitchen sink, the kitchen furniture and the bathroom shower tray. The next morning I am contacted by the host. I was out so I responded in the afternoon and I reported the problem. I didn't get a response until the last day (after two days!) of my stay where I was given some truly senseless answers (he didn't answer me because he was flying, for two days...). Personally the worst experience I've ever had and I'm really sorry to leave a negative review but the hygienic conditions and the assistance received force me to do so. They truly applogized for the disturb and I’m sure they are really sorry but they should have responded before. Bad costumer care.

Clean and cozy apartment that includes everything one could need! Very central location. Bus stop to and from apartment just across the street. Th host is super helpful! Apartment is central, but stayed there durig weekend and hardly heard the party that goes on just a couple of blocks further downn the promenade. Recommend! :)

"I stayed alone but i felt safe cosy and had everything i needed apart from air conditioning"

No air conditioning, and it does get rather hot, and even just a small mobile one would do. Apart from that my stay was lovely.
