"Lovely stay, but would prefer a reception area."

Location was perfect. Apartment was really lovely and had everything you would possibly need. It was all very easy from start to finish and was able to contact owner at any time.

The apartment was really nice, but the balcony only got sun very early in the morning. This was a bit disappointing. Also we didn’t realise all apartments were private, so there’s no reception area. The day we were leaving there was no place to put bags. I did contact owner and she sent me places we could go to leave them.

"Great Stay"

Apartment was lovely, clean and had a lot of fans which was good with the heat. The pool area is so clean and never a rush to get a sunbed. The cafe is top notch and the owner is so friendly. 10/10 stay would recommend

"Lovely apartment and great location."

Great location and so close to the beach and shops.

One of the beds was very uncomfortable. The base was broken and the mattress kept sinking down in the middle of the bed. The apartment needs a new single bed.

"Never again, and never again pay for an old dirty sun bed..."

The location was good but the apartment was very old and dirty.

The apartment needs an update and professional cleaning. It was very old fashion and dirty. And we needed to pay for a sun bed. PAY FOR A SUNBED!!!! That's crazy, you rent an apartment with a pool and then they force you to rent a sun bed, pillow and/or umbrella. It's not obligated but you are NOT allowed to lay on a towel, so if you want to lay in the sun you must rent a bed. This is the first time we had to pay for a bed in 30 years we visit Tenerife. Pay for a subbed is only in Parque Santiago I and Parque Santiago II. Go to Parque Santiago III or IV to get real value for money, you will love it... thank me later. Come on guys, you can't do that it's wrong!!! Many people were complaining about how foolish it is that they had to pay for a sun bed! Non of them wanted to come back here again...
