Location was good

1. Property had a lived in look and needed painting/ cleaning internally. 2. Apartment was not cleaned for the week and bed linen/towels were not changed for the week. 3. We were charged a cleaning fee on top of original price. 4. Sun property holidays would not speak to us, all communication was through what’s app. 4. We had to give Bank details and permission for €300 to be taken from our Bank account prior to receiving g the key for any unforeseen expenses, to be refunded within 14days after our stay. Overall it was disappointing considering the fee charged.

"Exceptional"

Size of apt. Lots of kitchen utensils. Excellent Location with easy beach access. Large patio area. Nice pool

Walls could do with coat of paint. Leather on kitchen chairs were all ripped. Shower door was loose and came off in one bedroom beside back door but my husband was able to put it back.

The property was very modern, clean and in an excellent location. The complex is lovely with an excellent swimming pool and going out of the back of the apartment you are right on the sea front. The apartment has aircon and fans and 3 bathrooms, so was ideal for us. The back garden was well furnished with tables and chairs and sun loungers.

The hob was smashed and didn't work and it was advertised with a barbecue which wasn't there on arrival, thus we were forced to eat out. As we were only there for 4 nights it wasn't a major factor but for a family or group staying for longer i believe it would be. We were left a bunch of keys, but there wasn't one for the safe that worked, so we were hiding our important documents and money. The complex has a provision for disposing of rubbish but you needed a key to use it we didn't have one and where asked to dispose of all our rubbish in the bins located at Maconald's, not ideal but to be fair was only a short walk away.
