Casas Marias de Portugal - Cerveira

You cannot get more central than this house. Parking is so easy and on the property. We were blown away with how practical it was to stay here. The house is lovely and very comfortable. It was very easy to organise to pick up the keys. Beware that some GPS units will send you to the wrong address (as it did us hahaha) if you drive past town you've gone too far. You are walking distance to everything and it's a great location to do day trips even to Spain that is just over the bridge. Bedrooms were great, dark and beds comfortable. Living space, bathroom and kitchen lovely.

We liked being in the centre of town and having a private parking space. We normally only come for the market so it was good to explore the very pretty town and restaurants/bars.

We have 3 little dogs and on the day of arrival we were told that the dogs couldn't be left in the apartment alone.The weather was very warm so they couldn't be left in the car. This meant we couldn't do things we had planned ie concerts ,restaurants, shopping together. We wished we had been told before. Also the garden is shared with the other residents so we didn't use the garden.
