Joli appartement dans une maison typique avec balcon en bois sur l'avenue maritime de Santa Cruz. Très belles vues sur l'océan et la plage. Proche de tous commerces. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire.

J'y étais mi-juillet, beaucoup de célébrations dans la rue (une partie coupée à la circulation) et donc beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à minuit et demi. Heureusement j'avais des boules quies pour dormir.

Просторная квартира, с оборудованной кухней, стиральной машиной и посудомоечной машиной, верандой и видом из окна на океан. Очень заботливый владелец: позволил задержаться в последний день на несколько часов, т.к. у нам был паром вечером.

Все-таки кондиционер бы не помешал. С открытыми окнами спать очень шумно, беруши необходимы. Вентилятор есть, но он не справляется.

La ubicación está muy bien, así como el apartamento en sí, a mejorar el aire acondicionado y tal vez la insonorización. Pero del resto muy muy bien y bonito. Si cabe la oportunidad lo volveremos a escoger

"Outstanding apartment in heritage building on the seafront"

Everything! Absolutely superb apartment right on the beach front with great views and a fantastic location being in the heart of the cultural centre on Santa Cruz. The apartment is part of a restored heritage building and has lots of charm and character. The apartments very spacious, has a very well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom and has a washing machine. There is a lovely balcony to sit out and watch the world go by. The owner is brilliant- so kind and helpful. This is best place we have stayed on our trip throughout The Canaries.

"Dreamy place"

The location, the space, lots of wardrobe space, very clean, nice shower, selection of pillows.

Bare in mind there are 2 set of stairs to get to the second, I would put more tall glasses. There was only one.
