The apartment was impeccably clean, well-located, and big enough for our family of 4 to have our own spaces! The owner communicated with us before and during our trip to ensure our seamless check-in.

We found the bed to be a bit hard.

Lovely apartment Well equipped Perfect location

Excellent communication from owner with quick response to questions and he allowed us to check-in early. Prime location in SMDP, close to beach and restaurants. Lovely, spacious and clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, (although we didn't cook) Netflix available, which was great in the evenings. Nice, well presented and safe apartment block, with lift. Good value for money

As mentioned by some previous visitors, we found the mattress on the double bed extremely uncomfortable, as it was rock hard. So uncomfortable, we left 2 days early because we had difficulty sleeping. The washing machine was great, but no washing basket or airer to dry clothes. Ended up draping the washing on doors and furniture which isn’t ideal for guests or the apartment. This has also been mentioned before by previous guests and hasn't been addressed, as has the condition of the towels, which could really do with replacing. Communication via Booking.com in English but the information/instruction booklet in house was all in Portuguese so unfortunately we couldn't read it. Electricity kept going off due to bad storm, a torch would have been very useful.
