Apartamento Praiamar

Great location!

The owner gave accurate instructions and was welcoming us outside to give us the grand tour of the apartment. He almost overloaded us with very good verbal information and confirmed afterwards by whatsapp messages. Particularly the restaurant suggestions were accurate and confirmed by several other locals that we met. The apartment itself is spacious, nicely decorated and immaculately clean. The mattress in the double bed is very comfortable, although not huge for my 1m95. The blinds on the window made it completely dark and kept it very quiet at night time. The kitchen is well equipped with all essentials, coffee/tea and left over spices/herbs for cooking. Milfontes is a lively village with lots of bars and restaurants. We were particularly glad to use it as a base for several of our walks using the local taxi company to and from the start and finish points.

Mother nature gave us more rain and cold/windy days than we wanted. Luckily there was heating and it stayed still comfortable inside. The apartment is on 2nd floor, overlooking a square with some shops and small bars. This might be a bit lively when the weather is better. But I suspect that the double glazing together with the blinds will keep out most of the sounds.

One of the best (if not the best) equipped apartments i've ever been The photos depict exactly the furniture, decoration Anything you may need to accommodate comfortably 4 adults. Welcome gifts as wine bottle, coffee and water botlle are also available Everything looked in an excellent shape (and worked accordingly), even though the apartment is not brand new, but it looks as new Plenty of towels avaliable, and closets and wardrobes Air conditioned, independent, in both bedroom and living room WiFi in excelent conditions

There were some minor cable malfunctions, but related with the operator, not the landlord

V spacious and clean apartment with lots of good homely touches to make stay easy like nice coffee . V friendly and helpful host. All amenities v close, including lovely beaches and walks. Highly recommended

The apartment was the perfect base for us to stay while enjoying some days walking on the fisherman's trail and exploring the surrounding area. We thought it was actually nicer than the photos! It was spotlessly clean, nicely equipped with thoughtful extras, spacious and very comfortable to be in. Nuno the host was super friendly and gave helpful tips when he met us to handover the keys. We found it very easy to get to VN de Milfontes on public transport using rede expresso bus from Lisbon, which stops 2mins walk away from the apartment. We'd definitely recommend and would love to return. Obrigada Nuno!

Everything was wonderful. A lovely location with all facilities in the apartment. The host is very kind and thoughtful. He provides information on the area and town. We would happily stay again and recommend it.
