When we have reported a broken toilet flush (via booking chat), the owner himself came within 10 minutes to fix it. Nicely warm water in the bathroom. The owner himself offered and installed in advance the third bed for our children. Excellent location within the city.

The toilet flush was anoningly hard to initiate even after the repair (but at least working). There is a small mould in the bathroom next to the shower holder. Tunning of warm water in the kitchen was a nightmare. Poorly sealed windows were letting all the street noise in (please note that Italy is generally noisy country). I am pretty sure they also cause a serious heat/cool/energy loss too! A bit of runned down and austere interior. It would appreciate to paint the walls and put some pictures on them. At least. There was only ONE tea cup. I did not get any receipt for the municipal tax paid in cash upon arrival. The last evening, we were announced that the cleaning lady will come one hour before the check-out, which has basically shortened our time window for check-out.
