NITI Palace

Loved the room, clean, spacious and modern!

We checked in for 3 days booked the roof terrace for the hot tub, this did not work until our last day :( I would suggest the staff check the jacuzzi is working before guests arrival, as this is a bit selling point.

I like everything Location, standard, cleanliness, comfortable bed, quality of furniture....

I was there too short time. I would like to stay longer in this fantastic, incredible place...

We were very happy with every aspect of the accommodation. - Apartment was well equipped, clean and tastefully designed - All you need is available within a walkable distance - Bed was comfortable - Getting in was easy and the keyless solution was convenient - Parking was surprisingly easy and free on the streets nearby

A beautiful, clean and modern apartment. The apartment was lovely and had everything you could need, a stylish bathroom and comfy bed. The location is great, right in the centre of Castellammare del Golfo with free parking on the street adjacent to the hotel entrance (Park on the street called Via Trento). The facilities are modern and new and there was air conditioning throughout. The value for money was excellent too. The location was a good base for exploring the west of the island. We highly recommend NITI Palace to everyone, especially couples.

Our only problem were noises from pipes or air conditioning units. They woke us up once or twice but nothing extreme.

Great accomodation, easy street parking, great location, loved the smart app for the aircon and lights. Self-check in. You can use the washing machine and the tumble dryer. All in all, an absolutely great value-money ratio!

Location was great. Very modern and amazing interior design. Smart TV so could watch Netflix in the evenings.

it’s an absolutely beautiful apartment in the center of the picturesque Castellammare del Golfo. We loved the keyless entry system and the room was spotless, there was a bottle of wine and a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived late in the evening which was a lovely touch as everything was closed when we arrived. The TVs in the kitchen and bedroom are both smart tvs so you can add your own Netflix passwords etc and watch your usual shows after a day sightseeing. all in all a fabulous stay.

The only thing we could point out is our own fault we didn’t read through all the accommodation information so didn’t realise there was no housekeeping or change of towels in the week, we bought toilet paper as there was only two left for the week, as far as I’m now aware you can request housekeeping for an extra charge which we would have done if we had read the information beforehand. We couldn’t comment on the staff as we didn’t encounter anyone during our stay.
