Sicuramente, la tranquillità del luogo e l'offerta di servizi comodissimi come piscina con idromassaggio e campetto calcio

Forse il fatto che la zona circostante il villaggio fosse scarsamente illuminata ,e il fatto che non funzionasse il cancello automatico all'ingresso
