Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko plaży.

W ofercie nie było informacji o niestandardowej wysokości lokalu- 2 metry. Apartament jest usytuowany w "garażu" Na 4 pomieszczenia jest jeden klimatyzator. Sypialnie małe niskie i duszne. Towarzyszył nam ciągły oblepiający smród wilgoci, przez brak wentylacji odpoczynek nocny był niemożliwy. Zdjęcia z oferty są zrobione dawno temu i nie oddają rzeczywistości. Bardzo słabe warunki mieszkaniowe.
