Apartamento Férias (Apartamento Sul)

A really nice place to stay in Costa Nova! Its only a few minutes walking to the beach,and really near to the next main bus stop were you can hop on the bus to Barra Beach or the nice city of Aveiro . The apartment was clean and well taken care of.The airconditioning works fine during those hot days.A few other earlier guests complained about the outdoor air conditioner for the shop underneath saying it was a bit sometimes loud...For me personally it was no problem to sleep! I would stay there again!

Em geral gostei de tudo.

Dos poucos aspectos negativos, só tenho a apontar principalmente o barulho do cutelo do talho demanhã cedo. O facto de não poder dormir com a janela aberta por causa das turbinas do ar condicionado do talho. Tem problemas de isolamento acústico.

Comodidad del mobiliario, muy luminoso y buena y sencilla deco. Equipado con todo lo necesario.

El ruido que habia desde antes de las 8 de la mañana y el olor a comida del restaurante de enfrente y de la carniceria de abajo

Located in centre of beautiful area.

Noise from outside refridgeration impacted on sleep. Having workmen arrive while we were staying, to put tiles down in the outside patio/entrance area was upsetting and infuriating.

Great spacious apartment, nice furniture, very clean everything. Easy for check in. Nicely prepared bed linen, baby bed. Very accommodating. Everything is just like on the pictures.

A lot of noise, there is a butchers shop beneath which is quite noisy all day long. Also, on the terrace there are some installations (I suppose for the shop, cooling or something similar) which make a lot of noise and don’t make it so comfortable to stay on the terrace.

Big, clean comfortable place. Very well-fitted kitchen. Close to the beautiful beach.

The only issue is, that there are cooling compressors serving the shop on the ground floor. They are making some noise, which makes sitting on the terrace not very fine.
