Apartmán má výhodnou polohu - přímo u autobusového nádraží, vlakové nádraží je nedaleko, centrum města a lázeňská zóna taktéž. Také supermarket je blízko. Apartmán vypadá jako nově zrekonstruovaný, vybavení je nové a nepoškozené. Předání klíčů proběhlo bez problémů. Bar je přímo v budově. (Večer hrála hudba ale na noc ji vypnuli.) K dispozici je sdílený obývák s kuchyňkou.

Pokoj je podkrovní a vážně malinký - pro mě to nebyl problém, měl jsem ho jen na přespání, nic víc. Byl trochu slyšet hluk z klimatizace na protější budově. (Apartmán samotný klimatizaci nemá.)
