If you're travelling to Barcelona for a game, it's the perfect solution, as the accommodation is only about 10 minutes walk from the stadium. If you want to see the city, it's also a good choice, as you can get to the Sagrada Familia or Plaza Catalunya, La Rambla, very quickly by metro. The kitchen facilities are okay, maybe a bigger pan would be nice, but it's really just a small thing. The double bed could have been bigger, as it is more "1.5 people" (one adult, one child; borderline for a shorter couple). Not enough for two guys (not a couple), but Guillem helped with that, as with everything.

Good location close to the bus and metro, shops and restaurants near by, apartment is well equipped. Very friendly and helpful owner. Decent coffee for 1,50€ just next door in the bar, you can even walk there in pyjama :)

Even if the area is safe I wouldn't recommend to solo travellers. The door opens straight from the yard in front of the building to the living room and the yard is full of people, also homeless people sleep there at night. Couch needs a replacement.
