The location was good with a good range of local shops and amenities and the metro was a reasonable walking distance away. The host was polite and friendly and responded quickly to enquiries. We felt welcomed as soon as we booked and we felt welcomed throughout our stay. The host provided us with recommendations and advise as per our enquiries. The apartment was a decent size and the kitchen was well equipped with cutlery and crockery and some complimentary items like tea, coffee and water. Washing machine was a bonus and very useful when you pack clothes sparingly.

The flat had cockroaches that were seen daily at nighttime in the bathroom, even after treatment was applied by the cleaning lady after reporting and us spraying daily, we still saw them. There were also ants in the kitchen counter area which had a wall that the sofa bed was backed up against and a few times we found ants crawling on us whilst we sat on the sofa. The sofa bed upholstery was stained and was broken with the cushioning sunk. This was reported and we couldn’t use the sofa bed. The host asked for pictures and said they will get the maintenance to look to fix or replace but that didn’t help us as we had to cram a person to share a single bed instead. I am disappointed to read previous review that also highlighted this which means the host was aware of the fault and did not fix it but continued to rent out the property. I feel cheated in this regard because the property was then only suitable to sleep 5 and not 6 which is what we paid for. The flat has 2 air conditioning units but neither are very powerful or effective and there was only one additional fan. In 34 degree heat at night, the air conditioning did not reach the bedrooms , even with doors left open (note the issue on privacy due yo this) and made sleeping very uncomfortable. We requested additional fans but this was not provided. The air conditioning unit should have been re-gassed and additional fans provided for each room so the doors can be closed for privacy. Despite the open bedroom doors the air conditioning unit does not reach the rooms.

Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures.The place is clean and organized and all the equipment works efficiently.The surrounding area has all the basic goods you could need as well as pharmacies. The owner always asks about feedback on the service provided. I really liked the city of Barcelona and loved it. I hope to return to it again.

The apartment is overall in a good condition and the location is convenient.

The kitchen is very poorly equipped and when we arrived there was a lot of dust under the bed. The worst experience was the neighbors above us, who called the host claiming we were too loud (even though the neighbors we shared the terrace with didn't even know we were in the apartment). Because of this, we were threatened with eviction. Despite that, we managed to come to an agreement with the host. So if you plan on doing anything else than sleeping after 10pm we would highly recommend another apartment.

We have been met personally. Apartment is 7 min walking distance to Subway (Collblanc Metro station). Same metro station can be taken to go directly to/from airport by L9 line.

Pulling out sofa has been broken. So not so comfortable to sleep. If will be replaced would be great.

We spent 6 nights in the apartment as a group of 7. Starting with what is most important and best: • great location - to the Collblanc Metro, from which we can reach various parts of Barcelona and El Prat airport - a 5-minute walk. It takes several minutes to get to the airport by metro. To the Sagrada FAMÍLIA cathedral - the same. It's a 10-minute walk to the FC Barcelona stadium - Spotify Camp Nou :) • Great contact with the owner - he replied to all messages quickly and efficiently and dispelled doubts. • 3 separate bedrooms, a very pleasant terrace, a washing machine - definitely sufficient and comfortable. • Capsules for the coffee machine, prosecco for "good morning" - a very nice gesture :) • The entire apartment was clean and pleasant :)

What can be improved?: • kitchen equipment: there is only one pot, the apartment is prepared for 7 people, but there are insufficient plates and cutlery. • several rows for minor corrections: the hood filter does not hold well, the toilet seat needs to be tightened • 30€ late check-in fee (after 9 p.m.) which was not mentioned in the announcement).
