Posizione ottima, vista meravigliosa dalla vetrata del soggiorno. 4 camere vere, 3 bagni. Zona giorno molto grande e piacevole, cucina ok.

Bagni e impianto elettrico da rinnovare. Servizi di piatti e posate con tanti pezzi, ma di varie origini. Pochi bicchieri e tazze e tazzine. Padelle non in buono stato.
